Attendee badges will contain a unique barcode used to scan into each session hour, even if they’re staying in the same session room.

When it becomes available post–conference, attendees will be sent information on how to access their CE electronically. Please allow at least three weeks from the conclusion of the conference to receive CE certificate information.

Registrants requiring specific accommodations related to disabilities or otherwise are encouraged to contact Anita Nystrom at anita@mivma.org no later than Monday, September 7, 2026.

Registrants will receive a unique barcode one week from the start of the conference, via email. For quick and efficient on-site check-in, we encourage you to bring that barcode letter to use at the self-service badge print stations.

All cancellation requests MUST be in writing delivered to mvma@mivma.org.
